What Happens If You Give Estrogen To A Man?

Say I took estrogen injection at 17 and am a guy.Can I do anything to reverse the effects now?

Depends on the effect it had, I'd guess. I'd doubt extra testosterone would undo anything. They aren't, as far as I know, opposite on and off switches. What effects did you have in mind ?

@Old_Geezer Female fat redistribution,acne,loss of muscle mass,soft skin,slender frame,more body fat and genital shrinkage,slightly high pitched voice.

Almost all the feminising bodily effects of taking oestrogens at the age of 17 are totally reversible..skin change, psychological changes and changes to you reproductive system, ALL reversible if the oestrogens are stopped OR if testosterone is taken.
No, you are not "screwed" .........an Endocrinologist would decide if and when testosterone would be needed.

Well one learns something every day. I figured fat would need to be liposuctioned; and genital issues less likely to reverse. Good to know you can just stop, or even reverse if desired then.
