She's been having this rash for more than a month.It has spread to her eyes and is all around her mouth.Can you guys tell me what it is?

Could be Impetigo, a rash caused by a skin infection, usually traced to one of two bacteria, group A streptococcus or Staphylococcus aureus.
This skin rash appears as brown, crusty sores or blisters around the nose or mouth area. The rash is very itchy and very contagious. Scratching the rash and then touching other areas of the body, or other people, will cause it to spread. Treatment of impetigo is with antibiotic creams or lotions, and for more severe cases, with oral antibiotics. See a quack pronto.

You really should see your GP for a dermatology referral.

It's possible its just a mild allergic contact dermatitis but impossible to tell from that photo.

and we dont have one ....

Phone your doctor. Receptionist will probably set you up with a phone consultation. The doctor may request you send a photo - that's what happened with me.
