In a o mill, wheat is to be adjusted to a moist e content of 15% on a y basis. If the whole grain received at the mill is found to contain 11.4% of water initially, how much water must the miller add per 100kg of input grain as received, to produce the desired moist e content?

a couple of buckets should be enough

moisture 100 -11.4 = 88.6
88.6 *15% = 13.29.
13.29 - 11.4 = 1.89
So, the water that must be added per 100kg of input grain to produce the desired moisture content is 1.89
