the chinese economy has been developing at an incredible rate for the past 40 years. However, the development of industries has also caused many environmental issues, including severe air pollution. Did economic development cause increased environmental awareness in the Chinese, and how did the government respond? A. No, the Chinese public is grateful of all the benefits of industrialization and isn't really focusing on pollution issues. B. Yes, increased economic wealth resulted in increased response to environmental issues, and Chinese public opinion compelled the Chinese government to respond with stricter environmental policies. C. Yes the Chinese public become more sensitive and aware to pollution issues, but the Chinese government turned a blind eye and didn't respond D. No, the Chinese people are opposed to government intervention in pollution issues.

The Chinese are unaware of pollution and environmental issues to any great extent because their government censors such information on the Internet and elsewhere.

E - all four. The Chinese population of 1.5 billion is diverse, some have only see the benefits of industrialisation, others are aware of the damage but choose to stay silent, while others are urging the government to take action.

It is a mix up so we can say that the Chinese public is grateful for all the benefits of industrialization, and the Chinese government is trying to respond with stricter environmental policies as China has set the year 2020 as a deadline to meet targets set by a three-year action plan announced by the State Council in 2018 to fight air pollution.

The main reason for the development at an incredible rate is because they are good at copying other countrys' products. They don't develop their own. Just make copies on the cheap and sell 'em on Amazon. Simples!
