Substrate is easy - - [S} in your law of mass action
Longish answer - Law of Mass action Km= [A][B] blah blah
and then quantity of catalyst - well when I was doing this if a large quantity was needed then it wasnt a catalyst by deffo
It might have changed
or the may need that the catalyst holds the substrate in the activate form for longer ( than without) - or something else
