Not that I know of, in fact there are no mammals with green colouring. Pleny fish, reptiles and birds, but no green hair or fur. The Sloth sometimes appears green but that's due to a build up of algae in it's fur.

I heard once that a child had been born with green hair but it later turned out that the midwife had sneezed just as the baby was being delivered.

I've heard of domestic cats occasionally having green fur due to a genetic mutation. Wouldn't it be strange if this mutation appeared in the human population?

Where does Marj Simpson fit into this? I believe David Dickinson looks the way he does because his mother had a craving for carrots throughout her pregnancy...
