Were you listening to Into The Void while walking?
I'm certainly no expert here (and there can be quite a lot of natural variation between how different people's bodies perform) but those figures suggest a low level of fitness (possibly and/or carrying excess body weight) to me.

This might help:

1) sadly no :-D. I was listening to NIB

2)I am 22 years old, no overweight and no contitons. I haven't worked out for 6 months almost and I had covid around Christmas. Finally I have a really bad diet in the last two weeks. Maybe I should start eating fruits and exercise?
I think you have answered your own question there
A fast walk or a leisurely walk?

Certainly after a fast walk, the figures that you give seem normal.

If it is a slow walk, a wander, a stroll, then the figures above do sound a little high.......but no big deal.

Perhaps you would let us know your age, medical history and any medication that you may be taking.
LOL....we crossed posts, then the figures that you quoted are within normal limits.

Just wonder if it's something I should worry like myocarditis from covid etc. I should probably start exercising again
You could just be going through changes.
Covid myocarditis is bloody rare.

Unless you exhibit more symptoms of shortness of breath and or chest pain, I would put that idea behind you.
>>> Maybe I should start eating fruits and exercise?

Irrespective of your heart rate, that's got to be a good idea anyway, surely?

I am stressed almost all the time in the last week maybe it's a factor

@Buenchio i was Exaggerating to be honest I play basketball and I eat fruits some times. I just never had this exhaustion before so I was concerned. Maybe I'm not fully recovered from covid?

Long Covid can be be mild or it can be severe but it can certainly last for a long time either way:

I tried using your link Buenchico but it will not let me submit, it keeps highlighting my weight and saying to low. Surely they must have other lightweights wanting an answer.
