Does anyone know a decent website where I can download UK sunrise/sunset times..

Try this for the times for anywhere in the world for this year.

An alternative method:
First, find the latitude and longitude of the place you require details for by using any of the well-known mapping sites. Multimap is one of the best: http://www.multimap.com
(Just enter the town name in the search box and click 'Find'. The coordinates of the location are given underneath the map. Note these down; you only need degrees and minutes - ignore the seconds).

Then go to the US Navy site here:
http://aa.usno.navy.mil/data/docs/RS_OneYear.html
Enter the data into Form B. (In 'Time Zone' enter 0 hours. It doesn't matter whether you select East or West). This site will give you a table of sunrise and sunset times (in GMT throughout) for an entire year.
