What'sthe longets distance a spark can jump from an 11,000v overhead powerline to a good conductor in UK? Applying Paschen's Law, I make it just over 6mm in standard conditions but should I use the peak or RMS voltage and what corrcetion factors should I apply for atmospheric conditions?
