magnet wire again

where can i get some online? i need at least 1.5lb 20+ awg enamel coated copper magnet wire. i cant find any through google/froogle. i found some on ebay from usa but the postage was �40. the wire only cost �5 so i dont want to rip myself off.
any ideas?

Look for the online store link. Only problem is that it seems to be in mm sizes only, but 0.8mm is about 20AWG - that makes it �11-odd for a Kilogram. What are you doing with it?? I'm seriously interested.

excuse me. i have just checked the answers. all good stuff. thank you everyone for your help. its for a stator. they seem to be all the rage. im not sure why i couldnt find any through google/froogle myself.

Why do people on-line only think ''on-line'' why do you need to buy it online anyway? look in your local phonebook and I am sure that you will manage to locate a local company that rewinds industrial electric motors, ask them nicely and they will probably sell some over the counter, if they dont have the size you need I am sure they will know where to get it from.
