Noises in my head :-) seirously

For a long time about 4 or 5 years, when I get hungry to the point were my belly talks the base of my scull makes noises. No one els can hear it but me. It sounds like rice crispys when u pour milk on them. It gose off and on for a few min. or until I eat somthing. Any idea what it might be?

Just guessing: You are hungry, your salivation glands are having a wet dream which causes you to swallow harder and more frequently than when you're not hungry. Your Eustachian tube (auditory tube) is doing its best to equalize pressure during the act of swallowing, but it and/or the ear drum may not be as flexible as when you were younger and/or before you had an ear infection, and so these little noises occur. Again: Just guessing. (Personally I often get a pssssch in my left ear when I swallow... Just letting off steam!)

It may be relevant!
I myself am rapidly approaching 41 and although I don't have the "symptoms" you mention I do have a clicky jaw which I'm absolutely convinced everyone can hear when I'm chewing but are way too polite to comment!

I will be 28 this August, It's the stragest thing. It sounds like it's under water. and only when I'm hungry.
