what is a super-liquid.... really? does it make a whistling sound will it flow through solids?

A superfluid (I think that's what you mean) has no viscosity, in the same may that a superconductor has no resistance.

It will not flow through solids but it will climb surfaces have a look at the superfluid section here

Superfluid Helium is Helium cooled below 2.17 Kelvin. If you stir it the spinning will never stop because it is not effected by viscous forces. Even when it is not spinning it can climb out of containers AND superfluid Helium flows better through narrower tubes.
