What is one of the longest Scientific Equation out there?

What's the point? There are many equations involving infinite series that become extremely long, repetetive, (and utterly boring) if written out in full. For this reason mathematicians introduce agreed-upon symbols to represent otherwise over-long elements in equations. This, naturally, shortens them.
Better to ask 'what is one of the longest, useful, and commonly used scientific equations?'

X equals minus B plus or minus the square root of B squared minus four AC all over two A.

x = -b +/- ((b^2 - 4ac) / 2a)

Learnt that one in GCSE maths. It solves quadratic equations. Not very long, but used a lot... in some areas... somewhere. Never used it myself.

I remember reading that the longest equation was the one used to work out the speed of a car from the length of it's skid marks left on the road.
