If recent news items are anything to go by, you first have to hire a storage unit and then get a delivery of nitrate fertilizer. Next, you make private visits to it, walking around it in awe whilst being filmed on CCTV.

I don't know what you should do next, because the guy featured on TV was then arrested and had his stash confiscated. The same could happen to you.
