Does ADP have the same number of phosphate groups as ATP?

The clue is in the name (adenosine DI phosphate and adenosine TRI phosphate - 2 and 3 respectively)
Good answer ck1 - perhaps the questioner is taking the pi$$.
that's why when ATP is broken down its denoted as ADP + P1 i.e. one phosphate group
