Approximately 2.29 mL of concentrated sulfuric acid (specific gravity is 1.84 is added to water. The dilute sulfuric acid is titrated against NaOH and the concentration of H2SO4 is 0.184 mol per dm3. How do I calculate the molality of the acid produced by the dilution?

0.184 mol per dm3 is 18.032 g/ dm3 (rounding molar mass of acid to 98 g/ mol).
To calculate the molality you need to know the mass of water per dm3. For this you need to know the density of the diluted acid (unless you assume it to be 1kg/dm3).
Molality is the no. of moles of acid per kg of water.
