Does this actually work?- if so how and does it have any effect on the brain by cooling/reduction of blood supply?

Don't think you're quite getting the point of my original question!
Not asking about male pattern alopecia which you must be afflicted with - but CHEMOTHERAPY related hairloss when the prophylactic application of scalp cooling device!!!!
