warm when cold ! ! ! ????
recently on a trip to germany the temperature was rugularly below 0�c but i said to my fellow travellers that it felt not as cold as home when it is below 0�C how could this be ?

You will have seen photos of people sunbathing in Switzerland or Austria when the air temperature is below zero, but only when there is no wind and no humidity.
