What's the largest distance a spark can jump from an 11Kv overhead power line to a good conductor in credible UK weather conditions? I applied Paschen's Law, using the peak voltage and worst case single environmental conditions found on the net to get a figure but I'd welcome confirmation.

Roughly 1/2cm based on this source with many other variables to consider. This is definitely not a distance suitable as a margin of error for safety considerations! ! ! Once a spark has been established it can grow to many times the distance required for its initiation.
