I am seeking a list (or a way to find) newly (last two years) tenured physics professors from the top 20 universities.

Well I earn a crust as a senior biochemistry professor, government advisor and a member of senior management at a leading UK university.

Assuming your referring to the remaining physics departments in the Russell Group, I'd suggest you contact the schools' administrative managers and see if they're prepared to disclose the information. The individual webpages of likely individuals at the universities may disclose this information anyway, so it's not "top secret".

If you're a journalist, you'll need to make a formal enquiry via the university press offices etc following the usual protocol.
