Definitely.
I would say the opposite, as the hot water would make you sweat and therefore dehydrate you a bit
you would weigh more, you body cells contain natural salts and through osmosis, your skin absorbs water. thats why your skin goes wrinkly.
But only the soles of your feet and palms of your hands absorb the water, whereas the whole of your body sweats?

I'm not sure, just thats what i would assume. i'll report back next time i try it!
actually if you spend long enough in water, you whole body will go wrinkly. anyone remember david blaine and his stupid record attempt?
I suppose it would have a lot to do with your hydration level before you got into the bath, if your dehydrated you dont sweat as much.
It could depend on how much dirt you managed to wash off.
I think he would lose about a stone and a half!!!
I think you would weight more but i'm going to find out tonight. I'll weight myself before and after having a bath (without getting my hair wet) and Let you know!

I think Bob a Job is right with his verdict.
