what could i replace fine and course aggrigate with when making concrete that would usually be sent to landfill, i have herd of crushed house bricks. i dosnt matter if it could be recycled by other means. such as glass ect
Crushed housebricks as aggregate would make very low quality concrete. I certainly wouldn't use it, even for a footpath.
I'm not sure what you are asking. Do you want to make 'green' concrete or are you trying to get rid of a load of bricks? Where does the glass come into it?
sorta dissitation project want to see if replacing some of the aggregates with waste products will be sutible for use in engineering, i have found that air-cooled ferrochromium slag can be used and as it is a waste product wont end up on landfill. the glass came from a friend that saw it on mega structures, he taped it but i have no tape player modern technology
i sorta want to research environmentally green concrete
