What would 20kg be converted to litres?

If you put a pint of water on a scale it will give you a weight in kg wont it??? Oh yes, it would....so thanks, I'll work it out myself.

yes 20kg of feathers will weigh the same as 20g of lead but....
if you got a 20litre container and filled it with feathers and got the same size container and filled it with lead which would wiegh more???

I still don't think ChirpyKez has realised that he/she never mentioned the word WATER in the question. The first mention of water is in his/her second reply and even then he/she doesn't seem too sure:
