That is, the diameter of Jupiter is about 11.21 times the Earth's diameter.

I had to read it 3 or 4 times myself. Diameter of orbit is not a widely considered aspect in astronomy.

It is, however, a useful dimension to know with regards to the Earth as it enables the calculation of the distance to nearby stars using parallax.
