Has any of you clever ABers got any interesting facts about the four elements:- fire, air, water and earth.

Yes, they are not elements.

They can be broken down into other constituents.

Some Greeks supposed that they were elements but it's been known that that is untrue for 500 years or so

I know that fire is hot and water is wet. Without earth we would have nothing to walk on and air is very useful.
