Peptide Mass Fingerprint Databases / Bioinformatics Software
I have the results of a peptide map recorded by MALDI-TOF-MS. I have used MASCOT to determine the identity of the protein. It is already known that the protein came from a horse heart.
Does anyone know another database to use to search for this protein?
The only one I have found that works with the information I have is PepMapper, but this does not list the taxonomy of mammals.
