Is there a vaccination for malaria that gives lifelong protection?

No, not yet. Lots and lots of intensive research, but nothing available clinically. If memory serves, 2 have been clinically trialled, but the trials showed they were ineffective.
The whole process is made more complicated since malaria is caused by a parasite rather than a virus for instance, although the same basic principle applies.
P.Falciparum has already demonstrated good evolutionary abilities, throught the development of drug resistance which adds to the complications.

Of course, these possibilities are still a long way off, but the signs are hopeful.
