Ive done an experiment into the growth of bacteria (measured by optical density every hour) when maggot secretions are added to it, with a water control. I had 3 replicates of each sample. I think I have to do standard deviation between the replicates for each sample, but im not sure what other statistical tests i should be doing to show the difference between the sample and the control??
