Gas concentraion calculation
I use a toxic gas/vapour meter. This is calibrated prior to use to the default gas methane. When I am detecting say toluene vapours and the meter reads 100ppm (remember this is calibrated for methane!! ) what is the concentration of the actual vapour being detected? I have lost the conversion calculation which I got off a guy at work and now he\'s retired. I know it involves molecular weights but that\'s about it.
