Is there anything in the universe that is not dependant on physics or involve it in any way? (please only answer if you think the answer is yes)

No they don't. They are entirely invented to show that physical laws cannot be applied. I accept they may be subject to physical laws not yet determined, but that remains unproven. I would strongly argue that physics is dependent on chaos theory for its existence and not vice versa - at least with our current understanding.
