46 or 23 pairs

Multiply the 46 by the number of cells in the body, then add all the extra chromosomes from things contained by the body e.g. bacteria & food and this will give the answer to the question as asked.

 (bear in mind that not all humans have 23 pairs e.g. Downs Syndrome).
