Sorry, not a real question but this is freaky.

Get ready to experience an hallucination.

4.- Look at your hand holding the mouse, without moving it away from the mouse...NOT BEFORE!

It is really quite simple Rasman. Your brain adjusts to the feeling as if you're drawn in a hole. When looking away it takes a few seconds to adjust to a still image. You don't need to look at your hand, everything appears to move in that you look at. The back of your hand makes it more freaky.
