LOL I think that is what I'll end up doing as I don't have a nice pay until December haha, but Derren Brown tickets is always a good idea haha buying them for the OH mainly because I want to go hehe xx
Oh is that for Svengali? I saw the show in April.. he is just so amazing! Smells nice too! ;D haha x
I know roughly what I'm getting most people I've just not got round to it, electrical stuff I want to wait another couple of weeks as warranties usually start from delivery date. Mum wants a kindle which is out of stock at the mo, daughter has got Design Your Own Converse boots but doesn't know what else she wants. Hey hoo.
Roxie....!
I thought you'd emigrated or something, where've you been?
I've done all my shopping in a few minutes on Amazon, that'll have to do. xx

I LOVE Derren Brown lol.. AW no hopefully we can all get it sorted in time! haha xxx
Christmas shopping? In November? Are you mad?

The latest I've started my Christmas shopping has been 3.30pm on Christmas Eve (and that included the Christmas cards I had to send by post!).

It should be illegal to commence Christmas shopping before the 20th December!
God Chris, could you imagine what the shops would be like then.

hey Bob! noo not gone anywhere haha just been extremely busy with being on placement with uni and working on top, not had much time to be on here, how are you?! Check you out Mr Organised haha, I think a few days out shopping in Cardiff will sort everyone out hehe and may flick through the Avon catalogue xxx
The shops are mobbed just now, never mind bloody Christmas Eve!! I think that would be my worst nightmare.. saying that i'll probably be working in the shop on the 24th! =s
Question Author
LOL Chris, I'll be joining you for that week, I don't have a decent pay until the 21st Dec so will be running around like a headless chicken, I think my elbows will have some work to do around the shops mind! xx
Not too bad thanks,
Organised? It dosn't take much to order four items....
I agree with Chris though, it shouldn't start too early, besides, there's a better festive atmosphere if you do it on Christmas Eve.

Just realised it's snowing on this page - I thought my eyes were going funny...

Thats alright only 4! I wish I only had that many to get haha, that's just one each for my younger sisterss! haha let alone the bf. Although sort of got him sussed hehe, and got an idea for my other sister and her boyfriend. Well its just 4 tickets to Derren Brown! :D all done, then my mum to sort out and neice and nephew! phew lol xx Glad everything is going good though bob xxx
We don't do our shopping until really late (and I mean really late). Have got two Lego advent calendars though, as they can be difficult to get if you leave it too late and people on EBay price them really high (this year's is Star Wars and one of the mini-figures is Yoda in a Christmas outfit). Have to get two girlie ones though but there isn't much choice. Boy #1 has chosen to have the money instead.
Hope he brings out his latest show on TV soon, we could have gone to see him live, but Charlotte was terrified of getting picked to go on stage....xx

The good thing about being caled on stage though proves it's not all staged! haha, I do share her worry though the things that man can do is bloody scary haha. OO sounds interesting Sherrardk xxx
I was scared of that too Bob! I figured though from seeing his other shows that if I caught whatever he threw into the audience I would just chuck it to someone else.... That was until we got there and he had changed his selection process to a tombola with all the seat numbers in it!! It made me so nervous but I was thankfully never chosen! :) lol
we don't buy many presents these days, by agreement with all concerned - mostly just for the little people. I must admit I used to enjoy the choosing, but it's a sensible decision all round, in these straitened times. I'm about halfway through - and I've written twelve Christmas cards.
errhuuughhh, Not bought anything yet, but if anyone has any ideas for a few nic nacs for my 19 year old daughter I'd be greatful!
That's really scary Erin,
That'd put me off going too, but I bet the show's even more impressive when you're actually there.....
