When does yours begin? Mine start today - I use Baedas shower gel until 15 Jan (luckily its 3 for 2 at Superdrug)and I really get into the swing of things - I might even go get a bottle of imitation Baileys from Aldi - I prefer it - its not quite as strong or thick as the original Irish Cream
I'm even thinking about making my own Egg Nog this year (I wonder if I could use greek yoghurt instead of cream)

Do you not shower after the 15th then ?
It doesn't start here with the both of us just another normal day
I start getting my Christmas on December 1st, any sooner and I lose the will to live x
Christmas day is mine and Minty's birthday, so not sure what i will be celebrating.
Mine normally starts about 23 December and NOT A MINUTE BEFORE!

Although I shall be a little more organised this year (on 24th December, someone can remind me of these words as I am flying round like a nutter trying to do it all in one day).

No, of course I shower - I just start to use Baedas shower gel on the 15 November as it smells like Christmas. Siri told me that 50 days before Christmas was 5th November and I wanted to start the celebrations then
Sparkly - I cannot access your link I'm afraid
sparkly
that is quite funny...
I saw a post on FB earlier. it said

"There are 12 days of Christmas. None of which are in ******* November".
This shower gel....does it affect your eyesight?
It's actually called Badedas!
It starts when I feel christmassy and I don't yet although I did make some Kahlua for christmas a while ago. I like the fact that there doesn't seem to be so much hype this year.
I don't celebrate Christmas. It's nice he's got two weeks off work and I did enjoy the get togethers.

This year though. The in-laws have moved back to Ireland, My son is spending it with his GF, my other son with his BF and my daughter is going back to Ireland too. So we'll be on our own.

Your kidding - not in this office - we are practically giddy at the thought. Matt has just received a 2018 Hornby Christmas carriage and I have my Hornby train set (from Ebay) at home so we are good to go as they say.
How do you make Kahlua?

Jno - I'm giving you BA - sorry gingejbee
December 5th, literally takes me two minutes to unfold a tree... little re-doing of tinsel and pop up the Christmas bell Mum bought me years ago. Job done... until Christmas eve when panic sets in as I haven't bought any gifts.

woah almost forgot I also change my avatar on the 5th as well.
I made the liqueur from a youtube video. I got a cheap bottle of dark rum from Aldi and I think it had honey, water, sugar and vanilla essence but I can't remember the proportions and I altered it a bit anyway. Needless to say, it didn't last until christmas so I`m going to have to make it again.
I suppose it must be nearly time to get the sprouts started.
Seriously, I'll buy charity Christmas cards and bottles of wine as pressies around the 10th December.
will you be home Christmas Sandy ?
