This has annoyed me so much!
xmas isnt xmas without the real coco advert
where the music is played and he winks, then the lorries go past with santa on!!!!

Does anyone agree????

I think the ad is great!

How does it go? "Holidays are coming..... holidays are coming...... etc"

Hopefully it will be on nearer Christmas eh!!

Isn't christmas itself tacky and commercial?

Don' t get me wrong, I love christmas, but:-
Sending cards to people you don't see or hear from for 12 months
Dressing the outside of your house with 1000's of fairy lights, and santas on sleighs etc etc that most people would cringe at at any other time
How many people know the true meaning ( NO i am not a god botherer)
Spending money on food and drink like its the last day on earth!!
Pre-ordering the latest gadget ( Wii for 2006)
etc
etc

I do all of the above, cos thats what you do, and I love doing it, but we are all victims of cheap and tacky festive commerciality

i do agree, spending money for just one day!!!
then you get loads of food for new years eve aswell if you are holding a party!!
its an outrage

but hopefully the advert will come on closer to xmas :)

wouldn't count on it.. someone said on youtube that coca-cola payed a 10 year 'thingy' for that advert in 1995. but then again thats youtube and its full of 7 year old liars :P
