Don't panic pet .....I will also be on my own .Mr.S and son no 2 will be going to Germany to visit son no ! and my dear Mum in law who is ill. We have an old dog who is going blind and I am loathe to put him in kennels. Plus we have a problem with our house which I do not want to go away and leave in case we get more damage. I am going out to lunch with my brother and other family members but failing that and drunken visits from my nephew shall be quite happily pleasing myself ! ...you are not alone ! I shall visit Germany after Christmas in peace and quiet . . .
After donkeys years of marriage one has to accept these things !! Actually I am whoop de doo because I don't have to cook a dinner !!! So.... I may very well be around .Whatever you do ..Have a lovely Christmas .

I won't be on my own, i have my family with me on that day and a friend later on as well or whenever she comes.

Me, too - its nothing to be ashamed of - you get to watch whatever you want on telly, no squabbling kids or rowing relatives, etc, etc, etc!

Like BOO, you are always welcome to our house, albeit wading through wrapping paper, poppers, nut shells & mince pie crumbs everywhere!

My flatmate's going home for xmas, and so are my friends. I can't, as I don't have enough holidays.

i will be on my own from 10.00am xmas day til about 5pm ish.. my partner is workin :( .. so it will be me, a bottle of baileys, a selection pack, a pkt of pringles, and the tv whoooo hooooo !!!!!
