On the contrary to my other thread, what was the most useful or just your favourite present you got for christmas?

I got these reusable hand warmers I can put in my pockets/sleeves at my very cold cadet unit?

Yes....don´t worry, that, from JTH is admiration, but you do have to be privy to her code words. I am not privy, but have picked up a lot of the "lingo" on the way. ;-)

So far I got; those hand warmers, a cardigan, snood, snuggle blanket, furry slippers, reddy/brown boots,books (full of interesting facts, questions i've neevr wondered and common misconceptions and those kind of things), dvds (robin hood, night at the museum 2, alice in wonderland), chocolates, peacock earrings from claires, guiness book of world records 2011 and a couple of necklaces.

Super, smashing great. I wish I'd got a reusable pair of hand warmers- I had to make do with a pair of gloves.

he got me some chockies, but I didn't know he was and i ddin't get him anything :( but us and a couple of other friends are going to the cinema soon so i've said i'm going to buy him a slush puppy or something . . . .

I got two scarves. I already had some but they were rather short and didn't go with anything and I never got around to buying proper ones. The new ones are great. It is tempting to wear them both at once, but actually it's a bit warmer today.

I gave handwarmers and a Kindle but did not receive any.

The kindle's amazing jno, i recommend treating yourself to one. And no, no baby, that'd be a shock eh? Though Lucas did come round for a christmas visit :P

The two short scarves....you could have sewn the two together and had a super long one, a La Tom Baker styly!
