say "thank you"?
depends what it is - you can never have enough tools/socks.
thank them kindly, it could be something you DON'T want
Say thank you and smile. The older I get, the better I do it. :)
Yes, say thank you.
I get gallons of whisky, but you can't have too much, so my thanks are genuine and heartfelt!!!

Having said that, i usually get Ardbeg, but now Louis Vuitton have bought it, there doesn't seem to be any in the shops.

Mrs V buys it online from their website (worth a visit) at £80 a bottle. I can't drink it, because it's going up in value. I have some "very Young" about 6 years old, sold at about £25, now going for at least £150, if you can find any.
Say thank you - just what you wanted while planning to sell it on eBay after Christmas is well over of course.
or put it in your "presents" drawer.
If you put it in your presents drawer make sure you put a little note on it to say who gave it to you and when. Nothing worse than getting something back which you know you have given.
Starbuckone, you are so right. I never did this and now have things that I do not have the courage to bring out!
