James Bond Dress!!

I've only just watched James Bond Casino Royale (I'm behind the times I know!) But I fell in love with the dress worn by actress Caterina Murino who played the bad guys wife in the begginning. It was a stunning,silky tangerine dress, very low back with crisscross detail. I know it is designer and very expensive but I really want to know if there's anything similar on the highstreet!!! I nedd that dress!!!
