Which footwear?

Hiya, i quite like the idea of black leggings with a dress over the top, but im not sure what footwear would look right, my niece said for me to wear flats, but i can't stand them, does anybody have any other suggestions?

hiiya! yeahh that sounds really nice- i'm wearin something that sounds similar to a party saturday!..wel your niece is right, flat 'dolly' shoes do look really nice and pretty with footless tights- also have you seen the recent shoes that are in fashion at the moment?..there pointy shoes with a little heel- 'kitten heels'. they look really nice & feminine too & aren't major falt like dolly shoes.. hope this helps x (ohh and they have some lovely dresses to go with footless tights in warehouse!)

If you're like me, and HATE shoes with kitten heels (purely because they NEVER stay on your feet..!) then go for those shoe-boot things, they're like the shoes abbii mentioned, only they're like a boot, so they actually stay put! here's what I mean:

I love the animal print ones they're gorgeous, there should be similar ones in high street shops with different colour fabrics that would match your new dress, check out topshop too :D

i wear my leggings with jumpers and dresses over the top and think really high stiletoes pointy or not look really sexy but make sure you get some fake tan slapped on the bottom of you legs!

Longer boots look best with dresses and leggings. Knee high or over the knee. Flat shoes can sometimes make you look short and legs quite thick so wear some nice boots, with or without heels
