30 Birthday Present Ideas

My friend is soon going to be 30. She's my best friend in the world and I want to get her something really memorable. We've done the spa day thing before and for my 30th she bought me tickets to a musical so don't want to do either of them. Any ideas for a gift she'll always remember?

I named a star for a frind of mine's 30th. Its a great present - costs about �20 and you can call it pretty much what you like. Lastminute.com offer good deals. They also sell the acre of moon gifts! You could always make an ethical choice - sponsor a goat on behalf of your friend, buy a beehive, or a water pump. Great pressies!

You can also have a rose named after her, they send you the seeds too! If she's not into that!

Failing that why not go to a murder mystery weekend where you get to dress up and be in character, what a good laugh you could have!

Depends how much you want to spend and where you are.
I did a hot air balloon ride for my daughter's birthday one year, and we have done Tea at The Ritz which is a lovely experience. There's so much to do in London that you could incorporate so many things, such as London Eye, open top bus tour. river cruise, duck tour etc etc, but thats no good if you cannot get to London easily.
You can do a VIP tour at Longleat or Woburn which are both really good visits, and they take you close up to the animals.
Perhaps an idea of where you are based would help and budget?
