my son works in the forestry, so he wants to get my grandson a toy chainsaw, to be like his dad , any ideas where he can get one plz . thanks

Have you tried a google search for toy makers like Mattel or suchlike? I'm sure that would produce something helpful to you.

Chainsaw manufacturer STHIL makes a toy chainsaw,
and also a toy brushcutter/strimmer. They look exactly the same as the "grown-up" models. So more convincing than a regular "toy".

I see them often when my husband drags me to the saw shop. So find out where your son buys his and ask the regular Sthil/Husquvarna dealer.
