I find Amazon CS, second to none, always helpful
better than most shops, they have always came up trumps imo

I think they are efficient but I wouldn't necessarily say the best - they do run a slick operation.

I have been a customer for a long while now Boxy and my most recent "faulty item" has been dealt with quickly and efficiently,
down side was the accent on the phone
kept calling me Mrs Villiams..:0)

I remember when they first started and only sold books I was relly nervous about using them and asked several people what they thought before I tried. Now I feel more safe and confident buying off Amazon than any other online shopping site.

me too Prudie, they have everything I need apart form groceries and clothing which they have but I prefer to try on..

I have experience with Amazon and their customer service is really good. I feel that they listen you and solve your problem and help you as much as they can.
