Harsh, really, really harsh. They're just young girls who made fashion faux pas... At least they got dressed up and made an effort and they probably went out feeling happy and confident. That's not something that should be taken away from any young person, they've enough pressure from the media as it is. I think people have really gone quite unnecessarily to town on them and their appearance.

Besides, most of us can look back at our younger selves and think 'For Funks Sake... what was I thinking?!'

CD, I haven't had a go at her, just the hat....and yes, I have some 'fashion' memories of my own that make me shudder. I was a child in the 70s and a teenager in the 80s.
