Ebay - same photo's, different sellers?

I collect china and I noticed two different sellers, (one registered as a business seller the other not) were both using the same three photos. They seem to be based in different parts of the country, so I thought it must probably be a scam.

Has anybody else seen anything like this?

TIA

Yes. It is not unusual for lazy sellers to 'steal' other peoples photos.
Very easy to do.
Sometimes I google the item that I am selling and use the image that I find when selling the item on Ebay.

It maybe legit - but since the items that you are selling are not new I would think that a buyer would prefer to see a photo of the actual item that is being sold.

Thank you both, if I decide to go ahead, I'll definitely be asking some questions
I had one of my photos copied by another seller. Contacted them and pointed out it was against Ebay's rules and I'd report them if they didn't remove it. They did.
if the item is new and freely available, lots do it...but if its a personal seller and an individual used item then they should really show their own
this happens a lot when people sell sim cards on ebay, to save time they just copy another persons picture

sometimes the sim they sell is not the one in the picture
