cheap(ish) glasses

I need to get some prescription (reading) sunglasses made up in the next few weeks. I'm sure I'll only use them while I'm on holiday, so don't want to spend much.. but I'm still quite fussy!

any ideas? High Street shop suggestions? website suggestions?

Glasses direct sara - you can pick out a few frames and they'll send them to you to try out so you can get the right shape for you. Then you just return the box they came in and can place your order with your prescription details online. They are really quick and prices start at something like £19.

I bought some (very cheap) from Lensway, but they were a bit nasty when they turned up. great value though!

I wouldn't say great value if you've spent money on an item, are not happy with it and then spend more money getting what you really wanted in the first place. Cheap and nasty I'd call it!
btw have you checked out specsavers? They do have some cheap glasses, and they quite often have a buy one get one free (they did about 6 weeks ago when I got my new reading glasses).

I only want the prescription sunglasses for a holiday, so don't want to spend much.
