Does the site give a postal address for returns? (It's a legal requirement for a UK internet trader).
Answer: No
Standard test number 2:
Is the website actually based within the UK (or, alternatively, within the rest of the EU, so that you can still exercise your statutory rights)?
Answer: No. (The phone number is in China)
Standard test number 3:
Does the email address have the same domain name as the website? (Reliable businesses don't use Hotmail or Gmail addresses)
Answer: No (There's one Hotmail address and one Gmail one).

Can the domain owner be quickly identified from a 'whois' search:
Answer: No. (I've tried!)
Standard test number 5 (for non-EU firms only):
Does the firm use a carrier which pre-pays customs duties etc.
Answer: No. (People buying from that firm could end up paying hefty charges for importing goods from outside of the EU)
