The Mail Reward Club - Is anyone else having problems receiving their rewards?

The first one arrived very quickly, the next one was sent for on the 5th June and it has never arrived, I have phoned twice and first time I was told it had been posted 25th July, apparently this was not true as the next time I phoned I was told it has been posted in the 1st August, and its still not arrived. I just wondered if anybody else was having problems or is it just me?

My first one arrived within a week but the second seemed to take ages. I guess they are just busier with more people doing it. Hope you get it soon.
