Bogus Web Site ?

I ordered a laptop and paid using Paypal from www.laptopandphones, that was 20 days ago, I have not received it or heard from them since, I have sent 4 e-mails and made about 10 phone calls but get no reply, I have reported this to Paypal and got a e-mail back that said it could take 30 days to look into, Is there anything else I can do or a site I can report them and see if this is a bogus web site ?

Well the website has no geographic address or phone number given so even if not a scam it's illegal

Have you managed to sort things out? I'm having the same problem with this company. I ordered a mobile phone 18 days ago, and have had no response to my emails.

Yes I did, and no reply from them. I can't find a telephone number for them either.

You need to open a dispute with Paypal immediately, or with your credit/debit card company. This site looks very much like a scam to me.

After a little more digging for info about this website I am convinced they are scammers. They are not actually the sellers of any products shown on the website, they claim in their FAQ to be a 'marketplace' where they invite vendors to supply the goods at the price listed.

Get in touch with trading standards and your Paypal/credit card companies now for a charge back!

This seems to be a block of flats (and note postcode is 1 digit different).

Just had a e-mail from Paypal that they have recovered my £200 from this very bad company www.laptopandphones so although it is still trading please avoid.
