Could you tell me whats the difference between a mans Smart shirt and a mans Formal shirt as seen on Debenhams etc. sites. Thanks.

Had a quick look on Debs site and would suggest a smart shirt is one that really needs to be worn with a tie rather than left open-necked (smart)
